Athena

This poem is based on the myth of medusa.

Medusa was a gorgeous gorgon, who pledged herself to Athena, the goddess of Virginity, and wisdom . After poseidon saw Medusa, he couldn’t control himself. He raped Medusa in the temple of Athena. After Athen came to know this, she cursed Medusa. Because of the curse, whoever Medusa looked at would turn into stone.
